    CPEX-LAB Ceilometer data become part of E-PROFILE

    Since March 2021 the ceilometer data of the Jülich Observatory for Cloud Evolution (JOYCE) are part of the the European E-PROFILE network. E-PROFILE is part of the EUMETNET Composite Observing System (EUCOS) managing the European networks for the monitoring of vertical profiles of wind and aerosols including volcanic ash by ceilometers and radar wind profilers.     Bonn becomes new location of the EU weather center ECMWF
